Common Questions
Clear answers on mobile notary visits, Hague apostille processing, international document requirements, and booking. Everything you need to get your documents signed, sealed, and delivered hassle-free.
An Apostille is an international certification that validates your documents for use in
countries that are members of the Hague Apostille Convention. You need one to ensure your
U.S.-issued legal or corporate documents are legally recognized abroad.
To obtain an Apostille in MA or NH, the document must first be properly notarized, then
submitted to the respective Secretary of State for authentication. Legit Inks simplifies this by
handling the entire preparation, notarization, and submission process for you.
A Notary Public verifies your identity and signature for domestic use. An Apostille is an
additional certification, issued by the Secretary of State, that "authenticates" the notary's
signature and seal, making the document valid for international use.
Processing times vary based on the Secretary of State’s current workload and your document
type. Legit Inks offers standard, rush, and eligible same-day options, depending on your
deadline. When you contact us or submit a request, we’ll confirm the fastest realistic timeline for
your situation, so you only pay for the speed you need. We monitor processing times closely and
work to move your documents as efficiently as possible.
Countries that are party to the Hague Apostille Convention require an Apostille. If a country
is not a member, your documents may require a more complex "Authentication" or
"Legalization" process, which we can also assist with.
Yes. We specialize in corporate authentication and understand the specific requirements for
international contracts, ensuring your business paperwork is handled with the precision and
confidentiality it requires.
Yes. A document must be properly notarized by a commissioned Notary Public before it can

Bring one valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID. Accepted forms include:
- Massachusetts or New Hampshires driver’s license or state-issued ID
- US passport or passport card
- US military ID
- Valid foreign passport (issued by any country)
The name on your ID must exactly match the name as it appears on the document being notarized. If there is a discrepancy due to a name change, bring documentation such as a marriage certificate. Never sign before the appointment. This is the most common mistake we see — and it voids the notarization entirely. Notary law requires the signer to sign the document in the notary’s physical presence. If you arrive with a pre-signed document, it must be reprinted with a blank signature line and signed again at the appointment. Bring the document fully completed in all other fields, but with every signature line blank.

We recommend calling the member services number on the back of your insurance card before
scheduling. Here are the most helpful questions to ask:
- Do I have mental health or behavioral health benefits
- Is Rooted Thread Wellness in network with my plan?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- What is my copay or coinsurance for outpatient therapy?
- Do I need a referral or prior authorization?

You may still be able to receive services using your out of network benefits. Here is how that
typically works: you pay the full session rate at the time of service, Rooted Thread Wellness
provides you with a superbill, and you submit that superbill directly to your insurance provider for
reimbursement based on your out-of-network benefits. We recommend confirming your out of

COACHING QUESTIONS
Mother-daughter wellness coaching is a forward-focused, goal-oriented experience designed for mothers and daughters who are ready to strengthen their bond, improve communication, and grow together. Coaching is not therapy and does not treat mental health conditions. It is built for mothers and daughters who are fundamentally okay and ready to build something better together.
Therapy is a clinical process led by a licensed professional that focuses on healing, processing trauma, and treating mental health conditions. It asks the question: what is causing pain and how do we heal? Coaching is focused on growth, goal setting, and forward movement. It asks: what do we want and how do we get there together? Both are valuable. They simply serve different needs. Visit our services page for a full side by side comparison.
No. Coaching is designed for individuals who are ready to grow, not those who are in active distress. A mental health diagnosis is not required and coaching does not treat mental health conditions.
Absolutely. Many clients find that coaching and therapy complement each other in meaningful ways. If you are currently working with another therapist, mother-daughter coaching can be a powerful addition to your existing care. Tasha-Mae is always happy to collaborate with your treatment team.
Coaching services are private pay only and are not covered by insurance. Please see our fees section or reach out directly for current coaching rates.
Mother-daughter coaching is designed for mothers and daughters who are both able to actively participate in sessions and engage in goal setting together. Please contact us to talk through whether coaching is the right fit for your specific situation.
This is one of the most common concerns we hear, and it is completely understandable. A free 15-minute consultation is a great starting point. Sometimes a single honest conversation is enough to open a door that has felt closed for a long time.
